Welcome.

Please use the app if you are booking:

  • A follow-up session as a current client (i.e., less than 12 months since your last visit).
  • A research participant in one of the pre-approved UBC/BCWH projects listed below.
  • A third-party reproduction session for donation or surrogacy (i.e., ‘implications counselling’) –> NOTE: There is a 3+ month wait for third-party reproduction counselling. You can add your name to the cancellation list (see link below), but wait times are unfortunately longer than usual right now.**

New clients:

  • Sorry, I am not accepting new clients other than for what is listed above. This app will be updated when availability changes.

Booking tips:

  • You can view my calendar 2 months in advance on a rolling basis.
  • If no openings are visible, it means I am fully booked.
  • There is a wait list (see link below), but please note that wait times are longer than usual at this time.
  • If you are booking a session for more than one person, each person will need a separate account (e.g., couples) so that each person’s name can be added to the appointment. Please use separate emails when setting up accounts, so that everyone receives their own intake & consent forms (for first visits) and appointment reminders.
  • If this is your first visit, intake & consent forms need to be filled out 3+ days prior to your appointment.

Note:

  • All sessions are offered virtually, using the Jane app video option.
  • You will receive an email from the booking app one hour prior to your appointment with the link to join the video call.
  • Due to jurisdictional regulations, I may be unable to see you if you live in a province outside of BC (email if unsure); I am unable to see you if you are located in another country.
  • More information can be found at ReproHealthFertility.
